Entry point not found

when i log onto outlook 2003 I get an error message that says outlook.exe
entry point not found The procedure entry point_GetIUMS@4 could not be
located in the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL

Update your MDAC to the most recent version. Find it at microsoft.com.

I have the same problem and updated to MSDAC 2.8. I no longer get the
"CiceroWndFrame" error but I still get the "entry point not
found"/'MSDART.DLL" error. It pops up about 6 times before you can get rid
of it. Any other ideas?
