Entry point Get IUMS could not found in MSDART.DLL -what do I do?

I get multiple error messages on opening outlook which read:-

Outlook today - Microsoft Outlook.exe - Entry Point not found

The procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located in the dynamic link
library MSDART.DLL

Can you help me resolve this problem?

I would try the steps in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/889114 as a start.
If that doesn't work, I would check to see what the version is of MSDART.DLL
by going to Start - Run - %windir%\system32 and looking at the properties
of the file.
