Outlook Error:procedure entry point lstrcpynI could not be located

Hello
I have a problem with my MS Outlook, when i open it it gives me an error:
The procedure entry point lstrcpynI could not be located in the dynamic link
library MSDART.DLL. I tried doing a re-install and a detect and repair and
that did not fix the problem. Does anyone have a solution.
