Outlook.exe doesn't terminate after using Send To-->Mail Recipient

B

bcalley

Running XP (SP2) with Outlook 2003 (SP2). After right clicking on a
file and using the Send To --> Mail Recipient, Outlook.exe still shows
running in the task manager.

In the mean time, until I actually kill the Outlook.exe process, I
can't use the Send To-->Mail Recipient again.

Any ideas on a fix?

You appear to have an add-in that is keeping Outlook open when it should
not. See if something here helps:
