OUTLOOK.EXE Applicatoin failed to initialize...HELP

Everytime I try to run outlook, I get this error: "The application failed
to initialize (0xc0000006). Press OK to terminate the application"

It's a WinXP Pro SP2 system with Office 2003. Reloading the whole OS is NOT
an option at this point. I've tried a system restore which will not work,
updating windows and office will not finish. I've also tried to detect and
repair office and I get a "run DLL as an APP error".

I also want to add that I've got symantec corporate 9 installed and updated.

okaaaaaaaaaay...well nevermind then...I guess now I know how good the people
here REALLY are. i figured it out myself by going through all the logs and
finding out that a dll was causing the error so i replaced IT and re service
packed the machine and all is well. thanks.
