Outlook Exchange Server

I get the following message when I go to create a new rule on a co-worker's
computer. "One or more rules could not be uploaded to exchange server and
have been deactivated. This could be because some of the parameters are not
supported or there is insufficient space to store all your rules."

First off there are no other rules saved and as for the parameters, this
same rule appears on other peoples outlook with no problem. Any suggestions
on how to fix? Is this an Outlook problem or an exchange server problem?

Start Outlook with the /cleanrules switch and try again.

start outlook with the /cleanserverrules switch to delete all existing rules
on the server and try again - there may be some hidden rules on the server
outlook isn't downloading.
