Outlook Exchange Distribution List problems

At Work we have a Address Book that Contains Everyone in the Corporation,
I want to create a Distribution List in my Address Book that only I can use.

I can't seem to copy names from the address Book into this List ..

I get an Error Message...

And the message is? How exectly are your trying to copy the names? I, for
example, use "Select Members".
