Outlook Error

I'm unable to send email from my local Outlook account. I
receive messages easily but when I try to send, I get the
following message:
The following recipient(s) could not be reached. No
transport provider was available for delivery to this
recipient.
Does anyone else know what this means?

Sounds like there is no outgoing smtp server set up in your email account settings.
