No transport provider

I have a machine on our network running Win2k and
Outlook2K. When I or anyone try to send a message, we
receive the following error, "The following recipient(s)
could not be reached: No transport provider was available
for delivery to this recipient." I have uninstalled and re-
installed Outlook. I've checked that the incoming and
outgoing addresses are correct. I still cannot seem to
find the problem. Can anyone please help!

You need to provide your mail account type and the transport services
installed in your Profile.
