Whenever I shut down outlook, I get the following error:

"Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem, and needs to close"

The error report shows the following:
Exception Information
Code: 0xc0000006 Flags: 0x00000000
Record: 0x0000000000000000 Address: 0x0000000030ff4883

Any help in figuring this out would be appreciated.
