Outlook Error Message

Gerry

Last time I opened Outlook 2003 in my Windows XP Home computer I
received an error window with this message: "CiceroUIWndFrame: OUTLOOK.EXE -
Entry Point Not Found. (Red circle with white X) The procedure entry point
GetIUMS could not be located in the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL."
The window will not go away until I click on "OK" about five times and then
Outlook completes its boot.
Can anyone shed some light on what may be causing this and how I can get
rid of it?

Hi Gerry,

Based on the error message, this issue may occur if the MDAC system component is corrupt or the MSDART.DLL file is corrupt.

Please try to download MDAC 2.8 and install it on the computer.

Then restart the computer and check Outlook.
