error message when starting outlook?

When I start outlook I get the following message, I have
to click ok a number of times

The procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located in
the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL.

Can anyone help?
 
Download and install the latest version of MDAC from Microsoft.
