GetIUMS

Pete

When I start up Outlook I get the message "The procedure
entry point GetIUMS could not be located in the dynamic
link library MSDART.DLL.

Any ideas?

Hi,

I was having a similar problem. My Media Player worked but my Outlook 2003 put that message up 6 times before it had completed loading

I read all the newsgroup entries, I tried everything that was suggested but it didn't fix the problem on my compter

I found that there was a very old version of MSDART.DLL in "C:\Program Files\Common Files\SYSTEM\ole db" which I replaced with the version from the MDAC-TYP (MDAC 2.8 Update) which is version 2.80.102.

This fixed the problem on my computer

That means you haven't read all the entries and tried all the suggestions as
that is the solution I've posted several times here already ;-)
