CiceroUIWndFrame error

[faulty]

When starting Outlook the error message

"CiceroUIWndFrame: OUTLOOK.EXE - Entry Point Not Found
The Procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located in
the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL."

appears.

Reinstalling MDAC 2.8 as suggested for a similar DBase
problem (at http://www.dbforums.com/t796299.html) does
not work.

Suggestions welcome.

Start the setup and choose to Add or Remove features-> Next-> select Choose
advanced...-> Next-> expand Office Shared Features-> unselect Alternative
User Input-> Update

If you used these feature reboot and reinstall them again. If you didn't use
them do install them again.
