Hi:
I have seen this problem listed and the proposed solutions,
but there is still a problem.
1) Assume that both, Word and Outlook, are closed.
2) Assume that in Outlook, I have Word 2003 selected
as the application to view my email messages.
This is a default setting in Outlook located at:
Tools > Options > Mail Format > Message Format (1st checkbox)
3) In Word the parargraph default line-spacing is set as follows:
Format > Paragraph > Indents and Spacing
Spacing before and after, are both set to 0,
and the Line spacing is set to Single.
If I bring up Word, the line spacing is 0, but
if I bring up Outlook, I get "double spacing"
when typing an email message
and the Spacing is set to Auto, not 0.
Why is Outlook changing my Word setting for the spacing
from 0 to Auto, and how do I prevent Outlook from doing so ?
I have looked for the Normal.dot file, and viewed it,
but it is empty. It is 29k in size but has no content.
So, what is resetting the line spacing, why, and
how do I prevent it from doing so ?
Thanx
