Line Spacing

Line spacing in Outlook is set for single spacing, but when creating an
email, line spacing automatically doubles. How do I fix this?

This is actually happening on someone else's computer, but my format is
always HTML - when I create a new email, it is single spaced; but I have
noticed when I reply it is double spaced, but not always.

You need to change the line spacing in the Normal.dot template in Word
to 0.

The spacing should be under >Format > Paragraph (Dialog Box) Line
Spacing After.

then
Save as template >Normal.dot
Click to expand...

and you should be all set.
