Exported and imported mail from 5.5 to 2k3. Outlook 2002
shows internet email contacts' addresses as
(e-mail address removed). User likes to see qualified
(underlined) names in the to: line when creating mail. Is
there a way to change this behaviour for this use, or even
globally?

Thanks!

If the person has a contact with that address and uses autoresolution
(CTRL-K after entering the first part of the name), the contact will be
underlined. The underline means that the entry has been resolved. That was
true in OL 2002 as well.
