outlook duplicates messages

I use the Junk Senders feature in Outlook 2002 to have Outlook automatically
filter out addresses that I've tagged as spam. These emails automatically
get filtered into the Junk Email folder. My problem is that the junk emails
show up in my spam filter 2 to 4 times. I know that the emails are not
coming in more than once, so something is causing them to duplicate in the
filtering process and it's driving me crazy! Any suggestions on how to fix
it?

Sounds like you've got multiple move or copy rules configured to which the
messages all apply.
