outlook double appointments

One of my users on a 35 client network (xp
Office/exchange 2000)keeps getting double appointments
booked on the calendar when only one appointment request
is sent out.SPs are correct...........
 
Check their option settings TOOLS | OPTIONS | E-MAIL OPTIONS
| ADAVANCED E-MAIL OPTIONS:

"In folders other than the Inbox, save replies with original message"

If this is turned on, turn it off.

I have the similiar problem as outlined below. I tried
check the option as described and my user has the option
turned off.

Are there any other areas to check?
