outlook doesn't work

hello
while trying to open outlook, i have a "Microsoft Outlook
has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience."
i'v sent the report to microsoft and i was sent to
download some latest updateds after downloading it is
still the same.
can someone tell me what should i do ????

Have you tried the following sequence: 1) uninstall Outlook, 2)
reinstall Outlook, 3) apply the updates?
