Outlook 2k Windows XP Media

I've installed Office 2000 Small Business, processed through all of the
updates, and when I try to open Outlook I get a message box that say
"Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience." It gives me an option to send or don't send an
error report (which I've sent about 4x, sorry) then just closes the program.
I can't get into it at all. Any suggestions?

Office 2000 Small Business is an OEM version that
cannot be used on any other computer other than
the one it was preinstalled on. I suggest you purchase
Microsoft Office 2003 for your Windows XP PC.

What is the error in the Event Log?

When the error occurs there should be a little blue link that says click here
for technical information. What does the modname say?
Also, try start/run and type in outlook.exe /safe and click ok.

Does it open?
