OUTLOOK DOES NOT WANT TO ACTIVATE?

I just purchase my computer. It came with an office home and Student 2007. I
thought it had microsoft outlook as well and I click on the product key on my
CD box. And did not want to activate.
I have already set up my emails from other accounts to go to Outlook. But
now it's not letting me forward or replay my emails?? What can I do?. I do
not want to lose all my emails?
Is there a way I can purchase the activation only for Outlook??

Office 2007 Home and Student doesn't HAVE Outlook AT ALL. So where did you
get Outlook from? Was there a Trial version of Office 2007 pre-installed on
your computer? If so then the Product Key that came with Home and Student
certainly won't work with the trial version.
You need to uninstall the trial version and purchase Outlook separately.

Office H&S does not contain outlook
If you have Outlook on your PC either you installed it or there is a trial
version of an Office version that includes Outlook on the PC

THank you.
Yes I noticed that the H&S did not have it. But when I try putting the
Serial num on the trial version under my computer.. does not work either. I
guess I will have to buy it !!.. But another question.?? Do you loose all
your emails?.. or if you buy it will it automatically enter the new version??

If emails are from Outlook(pst) make sure you save them. If from another mail client also save them

No you dont lose your mails.
You need to uninstall any trial version, reboot your sys, then repair
install your H&S version, before buying the Outlook standalone version &
installing it.
If you dont plan to buy/install Outlook, before you uninstall the trial, in
either Windows Mail, or Outlook Express, depending on your o/s import your
mail from Outlook

That's because the Product key affixed to your computer is the WINDOWS
product key, not the Outlook product key....

Depends what you mean by "lose" all your emails. Do I understand that you
have an unactivated trial version of Outlook that you have been using? If
so, then just uninstall the trial version of Office before installing
Outlook. Your emails should stay exactly where they are, but back them up
anyway.
