Outlook data files

I'm going to set up IMAP mail on a server instead of POP3 / local pst file.

How can i get the "personal folder" to dissapear (based on the local pst
file) and some other accounts?

I tried to delete data files via "data files management" but i can't remove
the files ("This data file i ass with a mail account. To remove it use the
Email account command on th e tools menu" - i have deleted all mail
accounts)

You must have at least one .pst file in the profile that isn't associated
with an IMAP account. It sounds like you're trying to remove the last one,
which isn't allowed.

No - i know that one is needed for contacts, calender etc.

You can also just start over with a new profile. Sometimes that's the
easiest approach.
