Outlook crashing

Hi all,
Have a tricky problem at hand. On two PC's outlook crashes with the
following error (exactly the same on both PCs):

Computer: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Description:
Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.8118.0, stamp 456628bf,
faulting module outex.dll, version 11.0.8000.0, stamp 43599f3d, debug? 0,
fault address 0x0003bd73.

A colleague of mine went through normal troubleshooting (repair, new
profiles, reinstall), but the problem persists.
I think the problem may lie with some application thats interacts with
outlook, but since I haven't had a look at it myself, can't add many details.
As anyone seen this and found the culprit?
The closest thing I found on the MS KB was article 912805...

Close Outlook and locate the following key;
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Resiliency

Export it for restore purposes and the delete it. Start Outlook again and
see if it works now.

That key is not present under the 'outlook' node, although I can find it
under 'word' and 'excel'.

Had Outlook running in safe mode, but the problem also occured...damn :-(
