Continous Error Message Outlook 2003

As previously stated everytime I close Outlook 2003 I get an error message to send to Microsft. This happens all the time and is very annoying.

I went to Event/Application in Manage and showed under error message Source Microsoft Office 11 Event 1000
Description:
Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.8118.0, stamp 456628bf, faulting module dccmsp32.dll, version 10.0.2000.929, stamp 39d4133c, debug? 0, fault address 0x00005346.

I sent additonal information from the post. I would appreciate it if you
would read the latest I sent and if you can please assist me with getting
this issue resolved.
 
You haven't replied to any of my answers. This is the exact same issue as
you posted on the 11th.
