Error Message Each Time I close Outlook

I am using Outlook 2003 recently converted from 2002
Each time I close Outlook 2003 I get a notification of a Error Message that
has to be sent to Microsoft.

Following is information I copied from the dialog box after exiting from
Outlook 2003

Error Signature

When I opened the report being sent to Microsoft it had tons of lines of
information.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

That indicates an issue with WinFAX Pro from Symantec. Reinstall it and/or
see if there are updates available for your version. If you don't use it I
suggest you uninstall it.
