Outlook crashes when using spell checking

Hy guys,

environment: domain AD 2000 Native mode - XP pro SP1, Outlook 2002
(10.4219.4219) SP-2 installed with Office MSI via Group Policy

I have a particular user who says that when using the spell checker
(F7), Outlook crashes. The event viewer reports the following error:

Hanging application OUTLOOK.EXE, version 10.0.4024.0, hang module
RICHED20.DLL, version 5.40.11.2210, hang address 0x00005719.

I performed the same function on another machine and Outlook did not
crash.
I copied the riched20.dll from that machine to the faulty one but the
problem is still there.

Has anybody seen this problem before ? It would be appreciated to get
a feedback.
