Outlook crashes when scheduling a resource

I'm running Outlook 2003 and anytime I try to schedule a
resource, Outlook crashes and sends a report to
Microsoft. I've tried deleting the mailbox off the
server (exchange 5.5)multiple times, ex-merged mailbox
(no errors), used /cleanfreebusy,/reminders, etc, set up
profile on another computer and get the same problem.
Any suggestions? It is just one user in company that is
having the problem.
