I have a couple of users whose schedule shows as busy from Outlook 2003 even
though they have nothing scheduled. It has blocking everything off for the
whole month so any user trying to schedule an appointment with these
individuals sees them as busy the entire month. However, if I go into the
individual’s calendar they only have a few items that are scheduled. Also if
I access if from OWA it only shows the actual times that are busy. Server is
Exchange 2007 SP1 but the clients are still all Outlook 2003. I have tried
running Outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy on some of the clients that show them as
always busy but this did not fix the problem.
