Hi.. i've seen other threads asking about this same error but have not seen a
solution.

User with Outlook 2003 installed on XP SP2 crashes a few times daily. Able
to reopen outlook straight away with no problems until next crash. The thing
is, this just started fairly recently (exact date not known) and had been
working just fine since initial install in late 2005.

It appears that the Application Event is not always written at time of crash.

Lately my Outlook crashes every day at approx 4:30 pm. It opens again but shows the message that the personal .pst file was not properly closed.

Is anyone else having similar issues and is there a fix?
