outlook crashed upon opening

i have been using outlook for years with out a problem. yesterday i opening
outlook and it crashed as soon as it opened. i've rebooted, re-opened. ran
the inbox replair tool and opened the old and back-up copy, but it just
keeps crashing. any thoughts?

Do you have Cloudmark Desktop installed by any chance? If so, go to the
Cloudmark website (http://www.cloudmark.com/desktop/download/update/)
and download & install the latest version 5.2.1 (check the Cloudmark
support forum for an explanation of the problem).
