Outlook crashed

Hi
My Outlook has crashed and I cannot get it to re-open, it appears to have
lost the source of where it finds the inbox, outbox, address book etc..

Does anyone know how I can find it, I think it is a PST file?

I've looked in document and settings, but cannot find anything
