Outlook Crash

Lot of users have Outlook 2003 with update,

I have big problem

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.6353.0, stamp 408f2937,
faulting module mso.dll, version 11.0.6408.0, stamp 416add54, debug? 0, fault
address 0x00036a36.
..
Have you an Idea ???

What exactly is being logged to the Event Viewer? What were you doing at
that time? Steps to reproduce?

The message is the event id 1000 and the description is below

When outlook crash, I have a message for send error to Microsoft.

The user look mail; Write a mail etc...
What exactly is being logged to the Event Viewer? What were you doing at
that time? Steps to reproduce?

No but all work fine lot of day and last day a lot of computer have this
problem
but i try now ...

Nothing has change except we migrate all person on XP sp2 + office 2k3
It's possible my exchange server 5.5 have a problem with new client version
with lot
of personn connect with new outlook client ?

With new version we use symantec navcorp 10....

There could be some problems with the upgrade. Try a new profile on one
machine and see if it helps. Starting Outlook with the /cleanfreebusy and
/cleanreminders switches might help. too, but if a new profile fixes it I
would make all new profiles.

Hello

I have create a new profile but hte problem is the same
I have also reinstall all office but the problem stay
the last update security in Windows XP may be !!!, perhaps the KB 894391 ?
