Outlook 2003 crashes when opening other users folders

When I click on another users Inbox (or other folders), Outlook will crash
about 50% of the time. The event viewer shows the following:

"Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.6353.0, stamp 408f2937,
faulting module nttdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, stamp 411096b4, debug?0,
fault address 0x00010708."

Have already tried creating a new profile, Detect & Repair, deleting users
and re-adding etc...

I am having the same issue with one of my users. I've not deleted the user
accounts, but I've deleted the profile, tried Detect & Repair and I've
reinstalled Office.

Does anyone have a solution?
