outlook crash when reopen its in safemode

hi,

can anyone help please ?

outlook 07 , crashing ...when reopen , its asking to open in safemod etc ,

what can be done ?

Does it reopen in safe mode ok? If so, when you close from safe mode and
re-open, does it crash again?
