outlook crash on send

Help. Outlook 2003 crashes whenever I hit the send button. I do not have
anything Norton, and it was working fine until 2 days ago. I have not
changed or loaded anything new on the machine. I get a C++ runtime library
error "abnornal program termination" error. I tried to repair and was told
some cab file was missing, tried to delete and was told one of the install
..msi files is missing, and tried to install over and was told I could not do
that. I'm out of ideas. Any help would be great, now I'm receiving into
outlook then starting thunderbird to reply. I wanted to keep all my
incomeing together, but Thunderbird is looking pretty good right now.

Do you have any anti-virus or anti-spam software scanning your outgoing
messages? Any other software that integrates with Outlook?
