Outlook Crash on Close?

Dears,
Everytime I Close my MS Outlook 2003, it crashes and gives me error that
tell "Outlook Encounter a problem.....Send Error Report...."
 
Crashes as close generally indicates that a 3rd party addin is installed and
it isn't designed very well to catch Outlook exit call. What addins do you
have listed under Tools > Options > Other > Advanced Options > COM Addins
and/or Addin Manager?
