Outlook Control Toolbox

I hope someone can help me with this. Whenever I create a new message or
reply to an incoming message, the control toolbox pops up. How can I stop the
control toolbox from appearing. I never use it and dont need it to pop up.
Any help would be appreciated.

Using Word as the e-mail editor? Does it pop-up when you start Word as well?
If so close it there and then start Outlook again.

Same problem, ever since upgraded Outlook to SP3. Replies to outlook e-mails
automatically open the control toolbox. Am using Word as e-mail editor, but
getting close to giving it up and going with HTML. Any thoughts anyone?
