We are having an issue with Outlook 2003. When my manager tries to send
emails, Outlook is not recognizing contacts. They are listed in his contact
list when I go to look there, but when he is typing in the first letter of
the address, nothing is happening. Please help! Thanks!

Nothing will happen in the way of autocompletion until he's built up a
nickname cache.

Does he have the autosuggest option enabled? Has he entered that address in
the past? The autosuggest option does not use the Contacts folder. If it's
the first time he's entering the address, nothing will be suggested. Only
if he's entered an address before will the autosuggest feature present a
choice to you.
