Outlook Contacts

I'm making a new distribution list and when I open the Contacts list, some
that do not have email addresses show up with their fax #'s! I only want
those with email addresses, any ideas how to do that? Thank you!

Customize Current View Filter on email account is not blank.

You'll need to prefix the fax # so those contact's don't show in the address
book.

Fax numbers are valid electronic addresses and so will show in the Address
book view. If you don't want Fax addresses to show, don't put them in the
contact records or change them so that Outlook cannot recognize them as valid
phone numbers. One way to do this is to add the letter "F" at the front, like
"F (555) 555-1212". If you rely on fax software to be able to access those
values, however, you can't change them this way and you'll have to live with
them appearing in the address book view.
