Outlook Connector problem

dogsbreath

I am new to Outlook and have the latest product. I have 2 hotmaiol accounts
and want to get e mails from both.

On a regular basis i get the following message for both accounts

"We were unable to sign in to your account. Please try again. Outlook
connector has encountered an error. Please restart outlook. If the issue
continues, open the control panel, click add/remove programes and repair
outlook connector. If this does not fix the issue contact support."

My machine is brand new with upto date parts and i have kept wodows updated
also.

Can anyone help

Did you try repairing the connector install? Did you change the password and
enable the option to expire it on a regular basis?

Hi Diane

Just checked that and all is fine. It is strange that it is not all of the
time that i can't get signed in. Just some of the time.

I am using windows 7 and office enterprise 2007. Not sure if that makes a
difference. I have repaired the connector and just repaired Outlook itself.
It still is showing the same error.

If its intermittent, its probably with either liveid or the mail server.

I would say its 75% problem and 25% no problem. I currently have 1 signed in
with no problem but the other there is.
