outlook connector problem

I haven't any problem using my outlook 2007 with outlook connector v12.0 and
I managed my hotmail addresses easily , but last week I forced to update
outlook connector v12.0 to v12.1 and I updated it , after installation I
restarted outlook but it was crashed and stopped servicing , I reinstalled my
outlook and connector many times but I couldn't achieve to start outlook , I
talked with MS support but they haven't any idea about this and now I can't
use my hotmail addresses ,
can anyone help me about this problem

You probably know this already, but you can access your Hotmail using your
browser instead of Outlook while you figure out the problem. Try uninstalling
the connector and reinstalling it.
