Outlook Connector has quit working

I have been using outlook connector without any problems. It has quit
downloading my hotmail accounts. There is mail but it won't download them
into outlook 2003. I have the latest beta version - I checked. Are there
any other issues going on....of course I can't connect to the help center as
it says product id is wrong, etc. I am getting very aggravated.
