Outlook conectivity

Hello

Do we have any documents, which states the bandwidth usage/requirements for:

1) Outlook 2007 client with Exchange 2007
2) OWA 2007 with Exchange 2007

Trying to see if a 1400 mailboxes will work over a 10mb link, with outlook
clients (outlook 2007)

Need to do a proof of concept. Just like how Microsoft has consolidated
most of its exchange server. Most exchange servers in MS are in US, while
its users are all over the world.

Any input would be appeciated.

That would heavily depend on the amount of emails you receive and the size
of it. In addition the amount of concurrent users is and important aspect.
It also depends on all the other traffic that goes on over that line.
Is 10Mbit the both the up- and downlink speed to the Internet?
