Outlook closes when opening message

I have a user who just received Outlook 2007 via SMS push. Now when she
tries to open a message, Outlook closes. Office 2007 is running on Windows
XP, and Outlook mail is on Exchange Server. I have eliminated her mail
profile and cached exchange mode as causes, and a removal and reinstallation
done at the computer has no effect. Outlook runs in safe mode - opens
messages, attachments, no issues.

Has anyone seen this behavior? And if so, can you offer guidance?

This is normally an indication that you have an add-in that isn't compatible
with Outlook 2007, but it won't hurt to start with a new mail profile.
