Hi
Outlook closes down when i try to open an e-mails (not all e-mails), i don't
know how to solve this issue.
Outlook Version - Office 2003
Message Format - HTML
account Type - POP/SMTP
error message - "Microsoft outlook has encountered a problem and needs
to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience"
Event Viewer message -
"Faulting application outlook.exe, version 10.0.2627.1, faulting module
mshtml.dll version 6.0.2600.0, fault address 0x00123704"
