Oulook forced to close when I try to print contact

I tried to print a single contact from an address book. Outlook was forced
to close. This is the error message:

I ran the Office CD to Repair Office. I got the same result.

Outlook did print an email.

I'm having the same problem. It worked for me on 4/28/2009. I tried to
print with a print range today and Outlook crashes. If you try to Print
or Print Preview with a Print Range of "only selected items" in
Contacts, Outlook 2007 crashes. It prints & print previews ok with all
items selected. Since 4/28, I installed various updates including Office
SP2. My guess is that screwed it up.
