Here's our setup:
Exchange Server 2003, Office 2003 on client workstations, Active Directory
domain.

One of our workstations will not allow me to set up my Outlook profile. I
received a call from a user stating that attachments dissapear whenever he
closes Outlook. So I logged in as me and tried to set up my Outlook but I get
this error message:
"The account you have added is not fully configured. It might not work
properly until re-configured correctly."
I have tried the detect and repair option, uninstall and re-install Office,
removing then re-joining the PC to the domain but nothing seems to work, I
still get the message.
What can I try next?
Thank You

I tried that somewhere along the line and it didn't work. I would delete the
current profile and try to create a new one and ran into the same error
message. I am installing all the latest updates as we speak so I will get
back to you on the outcome.
Thanks

Yes installing the latest updates resolved the problem.
Thanks for your time.
