I can receive but not send messages. The messages remain in the Outbox.
I have checked the configurations....POP3, servers info, User/Logon Info,
etc..... all are correct. Have searched Microsoft Support website & also this
Discussion Group... can't find any solution (seems quite afew people have
this same problem).
I am using XP Pro SP2, MS Office 2003 SP1, Norton Internet Security2005.
Plse help!!!

However, I can send/receive mails through Outlook Express.
Thanks!

i've had this same problem, what has corrected it for me was in the outbox
the date said none, i clicked on this so it was a cross not a dash, it shows
a message in the box but you can't see it but i can now send new messages
without them just staying in the outbox, hope this helps

thanks for yr help.
when I click the word 'none' (shown under 'Sent' column in outbox), nothing
happens. I don't see any dash or cross. Why exactly do you click? Thanks.

next to the date there is a box mine now has a + in it before it had a -,
just by clicking on the box it changed.
