Outlook can't find Word or Word is busy.

Outlook is unable to use Word as it's editor. I get an error message that
says something like, "Outlook can't find Word or Word is busy." This may be
related to a similar problem I have when I am using Word and try to do a
"Mail Merge". Word can't find Outlook. This started happening when I
changed from a desk computer to a laptop and moved Office 2000 from one to
the other. I've tried using the fix function and the reinstall function.
Neither worked.

Are you using the same versions of Outlook and Word. Office does not work
very well when you mix different versions of applications.
